           DIKRIL Consult Limited is one of the first multi-disciplinary consultant companies leading in the field of investment projects in Bulgaria, bank and crediting consultant.

           Since its establishment the Company has been performing entirely consulting services, which include:

          "DIKRIL Consult" Limited is the Bulgarian consultant which in partnership with WS Atkins International Limited, COWI, TYPSA, BCEOM and GOPA advised the European Commission on the harmonization of Bulgarian construction legislation with international standard forms of construction contracts (FIDIC) and EU procurement rules (PRAG).

         We are Licensed Consultant and we work with more than 30 consultants – engineers, architects, economists and scientists permanent staff, more than 50 experts licensed staff for construction supervision and due diligence of the designing and more than 40 different consultants.

        Our branches operate all over Bulgaria - Sofia, Botevgrad, Pleven, Plovdiv, Kiustendil, Kostinbrod, Haskovo, Smolian, Lovech, Gabrovo, Pazarjik, Veliko Tarnovo, Karjali, Jambol, Srara Zagora, Sliven, Burgas, Dobrich, Svishtov, Targovishte, Vraza, Varna, Shumen, Pernik, Vidin, Razgrad, Silistra, Berkovitsa, Blagoevgrad, Tutrakan, Lom-Kozlodui, Montana and some other towns.             The Company had done and works at the moment on projects in all the spheres of economy – Telecommunications, Energy, Water supply, Hydro-technical, Hydro-ameliorative, Ecological Projects, Buildings/ industrial, residential, institutional and commercial/, Public and Civil Construction, Roads, Highways, Heat Mechanic and Ventilation, Gas supply, Gas-mains, Gas Stations, Petrol Stations, Petrol Terminals.

            Dikril consult Limited is one of the leading companies in Bulgaria in the field of supervision of gas supplying, transit gas-pipelines and internal gas installations. Our Company finalized successfully one of the biggest projects recently for the country – Transit Gas Main for Macedonia and Greece (Russia-Bulgaria-Macedonia-Greece). For that project BULGARGAZ EAD employed us.

We provide supervision of construction and of gas supplying of the following settlements in the country in partnership with Overgaz Ink. AD – Sofia, Bojurishte, Bankya, Montana, Mezdra, Levski, Popovo, Razgrad, Ruse, Petrich,  Novi Pazar, Isperih, Veliko Tarnovo, Gorna Oriahovitsa and Liaskovets.

            The Company appears to be one of the permanent consultants of the biggest telecommunication firms in Bulgaria – Bulgarian Telecom, MTel & Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile (GLOBUL).

 Dikril consult Limited implements bank project financing control for United Bulgarian Bank, Bulgarian Post Bank and Bank DSK.

            We are licensed for making expert appraisals of real estate, machinery and equipment, whole enterprises, intellectual property and financial assets. Our Clients are well known names as Bulgarian Post Bank, EI Bank AD, Bank DSK, Craft Foods Bulgaria, Sofia Beverage Company (Coca Cola Bulgaria), Ipoma AD, British American Tobacco, to mention but few.

            From 2001 on we successfully advised clients on projects financing including bank credits documentation preparation, financial-crediting institution selecting.
