            Due to mutual dependency between the technical and financial management, at will of the Client “Dikril Consult” EOOD could offer extended functions of the engineering-consulting services or so-called investment control on the project.

            While agreed with the Client, we could implement functions of investment control, ranging as follows:

  1. Check, measurements and evaluation of the completed construction-assembly works;
  2. Confirmation of samples of materials and products, used in the construction;
  3. Observation of the time table of project implementation;
  4. Control for good order and appearance of the site.

           This is a part of so-called global function of the site Engineer according FIDIC requirements.
