Villa settlement "Sozopolis"

The project area is located in the north-east end of district "Budjaka", some 4 km from Sozopol city. It is bounded on North and East by Black sea, on South is accessible by the municipal road , connecting Sozopolo city with Kavatzite district. The settlement is designed with the tipical regional architecture, consisting of 80 two-family individual houses, separated with 3 m lanes - "rimni".
